These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our web and mobile applications, which facilitate the buying, managing, and editing of insurance policies, filing claims, making payments, and providing insurer dashboards in Rwanda. While we provide a platform for these advertisements, we are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of advertised content. Users are advised to engage directly with insurance companies for clarifications or transactions. Any sponsored content will be clearly labeled as such.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and tools available on our platform are the intellectual property of E-nsure Ltd or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without prior written permission. You also agree not to reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any aspect of our system.
8. Limitation of Liability
E-nsure Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided on our platform. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, business interruptions, or financial losses.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless E-nsure Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms. This includes reasonable attorney fees and court costs.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services. 12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes or claims related to these Terms or the use of our services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting E-nsure Ltd. If the matter is not resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to pursue arbitration in Rwanda, under Rwandan law. Legal costs and fees will be the responsibility of the losing party unless otherwise determined by the court.
14. User Consent and Digital Signature
By using our platform and agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accessing and using our services, you digitally sign this agreement, consenting to all the terms outlined here, without the need for a physical signature.

By using E-nsure’s services, the user agrees to electronically sign and consent to any required documents within the platform, including but not limited to claim forms and policy management forms. This consent confirms that the user acknowledges and verifies their identity as the person filling out and submitting the document in question. The user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided and acknowledges that any fraudulent submissions may result in legal action and/or the denial of claims.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or application. Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
17. Payment Processing
E-nsure Ltd serves as a digital platform that connects users with insurance companies but does not handle or store any funds for these transactions. The processing of payments is conducted through secure, authorized channels, ensuring that all transactions comply with industry standards. Users should refer to the specific insurance provider for any inquiries regarding payments, refunds, or related financial matters.
