How long does it take to process a claim?

Filing a claim with E-nsure is quick and easy. While settlement may take a few days, you can track the progress in real time immediately after submission and communicate directly with your insurance provider through the app.

  1. Download the E-nsure app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Tap “Create Account.”
  3. Enter your personal details (name, national ID, email, phone number).
  4. Verify your email or phone number.
  5. Set up your profile and start managing your insurance digitally.

  2. Go to the “Claims” tab.
  3. Select the policy you want to claim against.
  4. Tap “File a Claim.”
  5. Fill out and submit the claim form.
  6. Track your claim’s progress in real time.
